By accessing and using Color Season AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Color Season AI provides a free AI-powered seasonal color analysis service, quizzes, palette recommendations, style guides, and educational content. After completing a photo analysis, users may optionally preview and purchase a personalized digital Color Season Handbook. Buying the handbook is not required to use the free analysis.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our Service, you agree to:

• Upload only appropriate photos (your own selfies for color analysis purposes)
• Use the Service for lawful purposes only
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Not use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service

4. Intellectual Property

All content on Color Season AI — including text, graphics, logos, color palettes, guides, and software — is the property of Color Season AI and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

5. AI Results Disclaimer

The seasonal color analysis results provided by our AI are generated algorithmically and are intended for entertainment and reference purposes only. Results may vary based on photo quality, lighting conditions, and other factors. Our analysis does not constitute professional color consulting or styling advice. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or suitability of the results.

6. Paid Handbook, Price, and Payment

The personalized Color Season Handbook costs $12.90 USD as a one-time payment. It is not a subscription. The product name, price, and any applicable taxes are shown before you submit payment. Payment is completed through CREEM's hosted checkout. We do not receive or store your full card number.

7. Digital Delivery and Access

Once payment is confirmed, the handbook is available through a permanent digital link and a receipt is sent to the email address supplied at checkout. Keep that email and link. The handbook can be printed or saved as a PDF for personal use. You may not resell, publish, or distribute the handbook or its access link.

8. Refunds

You may request a full refund within seven calendar days of purchase, with no reason required. Refunding closes access to the digital handbook. Instructions and complete terms are in our Refund Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

Color Season AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, damages from reliance on any AI-generated results.

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
