1. Seven-day refund window
You may request a full refund within seven calendar days of purchase. You do not need to provide a reason. The request must be sent within seven days of the purchase time shown on your receipt.
2. How to request a refund
Email contact@colorseasonai.com from the address used at checkout. Include the order reference printed on your receipt or handbook so we can find the purchase. We normally reply within one to two business days.
3. What happens after a refund
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls when the credit appears. Because the handbook is a digital product, its permanent access link is closed when the order is refunded.
4. Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you believe you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or paid but did not receive access, contact us immediately at contact@colorseasonai.com. We will investigate using your order reference and payment email.
